POSITION: Instructional Designer
LOCATION: Home-based office working in the US East Coast or GMT UK time zone
About the role:
LRN, the global and leader in Ethics and Compliance is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our growing Content team.
You will be:
- Working directly with our clients to discuss/advise how our pre-existing compliance e-learning titles can be combined to create a curriculum that meets their needs
- Anyone with a background in writing compliance-related topics would have an advantage
- Speaking with confidence about our compliance titles and instilling confidence in our clients
- Managing client feedback
- Researching and adding in new client-specific content, where required
- Instructional Design tasks such as implementing client edits, updating client review scripts, seat time checks on modified topics, etc.
